          fuser is probably piled-up or otherwise mechanically broken.

              If the screws holding the fuser in place seem to be stripped out (typically on the machine front side), the fuser can flex slightly, causing belt rotation issues. The flex will change the rotation and potentially cause this error.
              If you phrase your inquiry properly, you will get the answers you seek...
