The the scanner is only scanning letter size but printing legal.... the bottom is blank, also on duplex it jams as the first side exits, doesn't reverse and move back inside to copy side 2. Going Monday to upgrade firmware but still need help.

There is no ADF original size sensor, so legal size original must be set.
Check your switchback assembly. The solenoid arm, gears, and fulcrum can all break which will present as "no reverse feed." -

The jamming is probably due to the fact the machine doesn't know it's printing legal & the sensor is staying active for too long.Comment
