    I HATE RABBITS!!

Twice, yes twice I have taken the course and test online for the km 2540/3060 series. Twice I have taken the online test and scored 100 percent. Twice KMA Connect has shown the certification for a full day then it vanishes and KMA says it doesn't show I ever took it.

    Yes I passed the pre-test-------twice.

Who do I get to strangle??

Why not use a program like 'Snag it' capture the cert, and then send it to them?

When I took online courses on Kyo"s site, I was always finding wrong answers. I even remember one T/F question, neither true or false was right?

          Check it out at:

Screen Capture, Screen Recorder, Video Hosting, and Usability Testing Software

I use it, it is a very useful program.

That is a pain! I can't believe that there isn't some record, somewhere.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Screen capture by pushing ctrl & Printscreen.
              Open Word and do paste.
              E-mail that to them.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

Well we printd out the screens that show both my 100 percent and the screen that showed my being certified.

There was or possibly still is a problem with Ricoh tests where the questions are translated from Dutch to English so the wording wasn't right and in some questions the wrong wording meant totally the wrong translation. Even an instructor confirmed this on a course and told us to be careful as he helped put the questions together when ricoh europe meet up in holland.

I suppose as were part of Europe were supposed to be by-lingual

email or call your KMA Tech Rep with the details, they should be able to get it corrected for you.

PS, Snagit is the best screen print program out there, too many features to list but it is well worth the money.

I did call the training center and it was like "Huh, imagine that. Take it again and call us."

We all need to let of a little steam once in awhile. What better place to do that than here among friends and fellow travelers along the copier repair highway.

So, if anyone wants to do a little whinin and cryin, go ahead you will live longer.
