    F20C error

FS4200 with a F20C error-can't find anything in the manual about this error. Anyone seen this one?

    Re: F20C error

From Service Bulletin C031-2LC-0057 Jan 2012:
"An error is detected at the OS or some of the device drivers."

You can interpret that however you like, but ... most CFxxx errors are print data errors. If you disconnect it from the network and the errors stop then most likely you've got wrong print data or non-print data hitting your printer's IP and it can't deal with it. Might be a wrong driver, might be some application that's hitting each IP on the network to collect data. Sometimes to can work around the problem by just changing the IP address of the printer. Naturally you'll have to change the IP at the drivers also: this is a great time to identify that Okidata or HP LJ5 print driver. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Reseating the additional memory took care of this one.

      Thanks,
