i know i'm probably overlooking something, but cant locate it.

just got this machine, every page shows a 9410 jam. the original df shows default is legal. there is no letter setting.

platen glass shows letter default and copies fine from there.

is there something i'm overlooking?

there is a service bulletin H172, dp needs a modification.
