    I haven't been active there in a while. A couple other members here have asked me, and I just don't know. Too bad really, DNet was a great resource for Kyocera products. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      It thrived when Kyocera/Copystar was a niche brand. But now so many dealers carry it as a secondary line that a site like CTN become much more convenient to post at.

      But even if the site had little new content, it was a valuable resource with a great search engine for older problems.

        Oh, I see it is gone. Years ago I used to frequent that board, but there was too many drama queens, that is probably why it is gone.
