I need some help guys on a mita km 2560 my client needs to add 200 users with copy limitations so we tried with km net viewer and km net acounting but we can add only one user at a time.we also tried csv but with no luck. Since i dont have any experience with that any help any help will be perfect.

You can add them one at a time through KM Net Viewer, or one at a time into your CSV file. How is that different? Use KM Net Viewer. The files are encrypted so you cannot directly import a CSV file.
200 is just a few hours work. I entered 5000 addressbook entries at a real estate account It took me almost two days. The worst part was all the duplicate entries. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Not a hero. This was a personal friend of the boss (don't they all seem to be personal friends of the boss?). And our rule of drivers on two PCs only went out the window also. There must have been 50. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
