Kyocera Ecosys M3540 Fax Memory Full

My customer is getting a Fax memory full error on their Ecosys M3540 when trying to fax a 19 page document.

I checked the scan settings, the resolution was set to 200x100.

The default scan setting was set to color so i changed it to auto color/bw. But after changing it to auto color/BW is still gave a memory full error.

The machine spec is 3.5MB of fax memory. Shouldn't that be enough to handle 19 pages?

Would adding the optional 1GB of expanded memory (or the optional HDD) increase the available fax memory?

Any default setting changes required a reboot to take affect on KYOCERA machines and yes adding memory will also increase fax side.
