    8002I

we have just installed 9 of these machines in a school, replacing 8001i. within a week we are getting j0511,j0512, j0533

cant see anything physically wrong, its the same paper they have been using. 3 of the 9 are having this, if the others are, they havent been reported.

the 8002 uses the same feed system as the 8001.

    has anyone seen these symptoms?

8002 is a different from 8001 I have had several jam from tray 4, 3 is never a issue. Kyocera told me to adjust the pressure on the retard roller, and boom fixed no more jamming calls

Just remember it's the opposite of what you would think. More spring tension means LESS separation pressure, not more. So if it's double feeding, you want less pressure.
        Hope that helps !
