Kyocera KM-7551CI Concertina's at Register stop rollers when copying in colour.

I am a bit baffled, the 7551 Was reported as jamming. I tested the machine and found that it works 100% when doing black & white copies or prints from all trays including A3 and A4r landscape and bypass. As soon as I selected colour copies or prints the machine jams 1st copy at the register stop rollers and concertina's there and does not reach the 2nd transfer or fuser. This happens only on A4 portrait and A3, A4R landscape is copying or printing in colour no problem.
    Any ideas.
    Thanks

It sounds to me like you are experiencing an error code not a jam code. And you didn't provide any code. It might be a good idea to see what codes are occurring, then look them up in the manual. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I had a similar problem on a 6551 where letter-r (portrait), legal or ledger would jam when duplexing, letter (landscape) worked fine. And all sizes worked in simplex. Ended up being Feed Drive H Unit (302N493031). Clutches were very rusty.
