    kyocera KM2560 prints 4 inches top of page

    hello I have a kyocera km2560 copier that will only print about 4 inches of the top of the page did a full maintenance and still same problem any one have any suggestions

    Is it a sharp cutoff or is it somewhat inconsistent. Also is it tray specific? what about large sizes, does it print a specific sized area on 11x17? These answers may provide the necessary data to help figure this out.

        I'm thinking that you did not run simulation U130, so the developing unit is filling verrrrry slllooooowwwly with the monocomponent toner. There is a simulation sheet in that maintenance kit that would have told you to do this.

        Just a hint: If you want an opinion on a quality issue, maybe you should include an image? =^..^=
        If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

          Hi I tried the u130 it got a little better have about 10 inches now from the top
