[Jamming] CS-3035 Bypass not working right

Problem I'm having is the lift cams keep rotating causing jams. When bypass is empty or when booting machine tray does not bottom out. Cam turns about 25% past bottoming out so tray is in contact with feed roller. Have to push tray down to insert paper. When feeding, the cam clutch rotates at the same time as the feed roller clutch. Not continuously, but every time the feed clutch turns on. So as the feed roller turns, the tray drops away from the roller. Thus no feed.

    Now, here's the kicker....

I've replaced BOTH of the mag clutches, the paper sensor and the rollers and cleaned and lubed all shafts, bearings, bushings. Even took the paper size sensor board out and cleaned it. Nothing helped......still same problem. I'm out of ideas......

The lift clutch is a common failure on these machines (the clutch from the Falcon III substitutes just fine), but just as common is not reassembling the mechanism correctly. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I was giving you a graceful out, but since you chose to ignore it:

My apologies......however since I've had the unit out several times and tried several things, I think we can safely rule out the possibility of not reassembling the unit correctly. Or to put it another way, it is reassembled correctly with two new mag clutches right out of the bag/box. Yet the problem persists
