[Dead] Kyocera 3500I

anyone have any idea bout this , machine seems to be turning on fine ,normal start up and all but the screen is dead, fuser is hot as well so the engine seems to be working , did spot that no network lights appearing tho as well
ive had a few machines do this but can seem to get to the bottom of it ??

I had this with a 3010i and it was the main PWB
