[Dead] KM 2560 Program Loading

i have a problem in KM2560 it shows " Program Loading " and hang out
please if i can have a software via e-mail , it will be approachable

by the way , i can swap it by canon firmware for models
IR ( 5000 - 6000 - 3300 - 3570 - 5570 - 6570 - 6550 )
