Just a question on job box, if someone forgets the pin set when they sent a job to private print besides having to do a u917 backup and then format hard drive, is there any other way to remove sent job

Not sure it you can change the auto delete from never to a day or after so many days. -

According to the operation guide for the 3551ci, Private print jobs are deleted when the machine power is cycled.
Custom boxes and the data are retained through a power-cycle and must be manually deleted.Comment

Formatting the HDD might do it. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
