    [Misc] ECOSYS M6530cdn slow printing

    Hello All any thoughts or help would greatly be appreciated. a client of mine has an ECOSYS M6530cdn up untill a day or 3 ago no real issues other than user related. what happened now is copys, print jobs and internal jobs all print 1st page out normally and then 1 page every 6 seconds. and the machine is not set in quiet mode. it is using compatible's but was using them before. I dont remember the exact firmware but it was in 2015 i think
    am thinking of reseting the machine back to new and resetting it up again but.......

              My guess is that your toner density is getting further and further out of spec, due to the aftermarket toner. If you were to change the developing units you would see an immediate improvement. If you were to just install OEM toner now, it would gradually come back to normal ... maybe. =^..^=
              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                      I don't know if that model has fuser tabs for envelopes but worth a look. it will slow printing

                              well updated the firmware. no change. found a spring under the printer found it goes in the pick roller assembly. and started working fine. not complaining but .....huh? wasn't jamming or mis feeding
