    Taskalpha 3050ci Magenta shading

    Hi all,

I am having an issue with this model here.
Machine was showing magenta shades when printing multiple pages, first page usually came out clean.
We replaced the magenta developer and drum at the same time, ran all calibrations and fault still happens.

Checked all contacts were clean, I swapped over with another drum in the machine. Ran all calibrations again and machine is printing fine, however I have a feeling it will refault.

Have a look at the sample prints, I am leaning towards a high voltage board.. Cheers

High Voltage Unit is a good candidate if it comes back. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks for the info, the dev and drum have been changed with new units.

Hi blackcat, would it be high voltage PWB1 or PWB2

I think it's HV#2, the big one behind the main drive. =^..^=

              ello everyone

              I already had this problem.
1st copy ok and the background goes up after several copies.
              This is the transfer belt
              do the 469 /464 calib /and 410 after change
              good luck.
              Do not lament,
              do not mock,
              do not hate,
              but understand.
