I'm just a part time kyo tech so I hope someone seem this before.

Looks like drum/ charge issue but no change whatsoever after replacing the dk6306 unit.

I did vacuum out machine and cleaned contacts. Oem toner, current firmware. Only 230k on the machine

I'm thinking next step high voltage board, any help appreciated.

    Thanks
    Hi,
Is your toner an OEM cartridge ?
If not, you have to replace DV unit.

Try another developer. I had that before, was a charge corona/drum

when replacing drum kits and dev unit just make sure to run the following U119, U930 to zero, U410, U412 and U464 to ensure a good image. U140 for dev units also.

I already posted the results. It was the dev unit. Before we took this customer their last dealer supplied genetic toner.
