2.) When it is not genuine - there is other toner powder as in original (genuine) toner. You must change developer in developer unit, vacuum all old not genuine toner from the photoconductor unit and give there a new original (genuine) toner to the machine, and and than try to print.
Some other ideas? -
Re: kyocera km 3035 toner is not supplied to developer
Ok. Firstly the FalconII is a monocomponent developing machine. That means THERE IS NO DEVELOPER. Or it's all developer. Either way, the only thing in the developing unit is the same exact thing in the toner cartridge.
Secondly, NEVER USE AFTERMARKET MONOCOMPONENT TONER in any machine that uses monocomponent toner. It produces inferior quality images, and tends to adhere to the surface of the developing roller. This is called "mottling". Yes it can be cleaned off, and yes it will immediately return.
Thirdly make sure that you are getting Genuine OEM toner type A (370AB011), not Genuine OEM TK717 (1T02GR0US0) which looks almost identical, except for the toner feed coupler. The toner cartridges are not interchangeable, and the TK717 toner fill not feed out of the cartridge when inserted into a KM-3035.
So to fix this you have to vacuum out all the aftermarket toner, clean the developing roller then rinse with alcohol, then insert Kyocera OEM toner type A (370AB011). Run simulation U130 to fill the now-empty developing unit. Once filled, you'll need to dry-wipe the developing cylinder with a dry clean cloth, until you get a nice smooth developing brush (no mottling). =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I understand if you're limited financially or geographically to OEM toner, but yes, you need to at LEAST vacuum the dev unit out and try another generic followed by sim 130.Comment
