Time for Maintenance Kyocera 3500i & Triumph Adler DC2445

    Hello everyone,

i have one Kyocera Taskalfa 3500i, which says "Time for Maintenance", also i have a Triumph Adler DC2445 with the same problem. Is there a possibility that i can erase this message without contacting Kyocera or Triumpf-Adler? And how?kyo maintenance.jpg

What count has the machine? Check the Preset Maintenance Values in MM U250. and reset in U251 if necessary.

I have seen this exact message before. It happens when you insert a high capacity toner into the machine if the firmware was too old. Upgrade firmware to the latest version and the message will go away by itself.

What is the exact wording of the message. It's important. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Do a u251, clear maintenance counter. I do it every time I deliver paper.

I had both, normal and (T), it all worked perfectly like you said. If you have the problem "Maintenance cassette", do U251 reset too
