Kyocera Taskalfa 300i grey stripe on back of print

    Hello Techs!

I'm having some trouble with one of our Taskalfa 300i units. The problem is that the prints come out with an ugly grey stripe/smudge on the back. The attachment will tell you more. If you have had similar issues please relate.

    With Regards,

      Hello there!

Unfortunately, no! We suspected there was poor contact between the high voltage panel and the transfer roller-neutralizing brush. We cleaned all the contacts, joinings, but to no avail. Also changed the transfer roller, drum unit+developer unit, also nothing. If you have useful advice concerning the matter, please share.

Two possible causes for the problem.

        1. Replace transfer charge roller
        2. Replace developer unit

        Make sure latest firmware installed.

We changed both the transfer charge roller, and developer unit. Made no difference unfortunately.
Please share if any of you guys have more ideas concerning this issue. Does anyone think the high voltage panel is worth changing too?

          Good day to you all,
