        I beg to differ.

If this is the drum unit, and I think it is, that's a drum cleaning roller which is not sold as a separate part. If you'd like to replace that part you'll have to replace the whole drum unit assembly.

It would be helpful to know two additional things:
        1) What model Kyocera?
        2) What symptoms are you experiencing that you think the drum cleaning roller is the cause? It's very unusual to experience drum cleaning problems.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

            Correct. It is #7.

My unit was Kyocera TA 5500i. A portion of it was cut by a damaged plastic from drum screw (zoom last picture). Still looking for a part. Buying a whole drum is way too expensive for me. I only used the unit for 100k copies as of now .

It's not sold any other way. Perhaps there's a member with a used unit lying around?

Since most Kyoceras of this age are under warranty, the majority of those used units get returned to Kyocera. That's a DK-6305 Drum Unit, by the way. =^..^=

Don't think the 5500i is still under warranty still.....

Yep, time goes fast when you are having fun. The 5500i came out about 7 or 8 years ago

Unfortunately you will need a drum unit as that part is not sold separately,
                        too old to be warrantied.
