    bug in 306ci?

    Here's a fun exercise;
    set your 306ci for default platen original size to "letter".-this is how we have been defaulting all our stuff forever
    place any original on the platen.
    choose "legal" size paper source
    press "copy" , receive F21B.

    Firmware in our fleet is 4.01A(latest)

      why would you set it to letter? I'd set to auto that way it knows what paper to pull once properly detected.
