    Never ending smudges

Who else is ready to deep six all color Kyocera printers of the last 5 years? Constant random blotches effecting all colors. New drums, dev units, t belts, firmware don't matter. Even happens on boxes below 10k. Good grief. Especially frustrating when you fix an unrelated problem, get ready to close the call and your last status page has got a black blob on it.

Used to have problems like this when using compatibles, repeat calls for copy quality etc.Since switching to oem .calls have dropped massively ,quality has improved and now getting somewhere close to parts yield

I see overtoning on Kyoceras, but mainly on units over 60% yield. The little tabletop Gemini's ... well they vary all over the place from blank to dumping, count doesn't seem to matter.

That hasn't changed much since the Voyager series. If anything, the higher the volume the better they run. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
