Has anyone had a screen become non responsive on these boxes, I'm going to customer site tomorrow to see what I can find

If you cant access service mode & run U201, hold down stop, reset & home for around 6 seconds this will bring you straight to the screen calibration page.

had one where some grit got between the bezel and the screen. try run a business card under the bezel all around, reboot copier. or disassemble the covers and inspect-if you're like that
