Mac job accounting/ pin print documentation

Does anyone have any documentation on setting up job accounting/ pin printing on mac environment. I generally struggle on site but do manage to set it up but wouldn't be able to coach someone remotely.

You may like to remove the word "PRINT" from the title of the post.

I'm the same. I manage to fumble through it, but cannot coach anybody. I think that part of it is that each Mac operating system looks a little different. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Is the toner OEM?
This usualy happens when you use bad quality compatible toner .
Also it happens when you use oem toner and then you replace it with good quality compatible toner it works fine as you use the same toner. When you use other toner even OEM usually you have that problem on the image.
Clean all the old toner and execute forced toner supply.

I have not seen these option when it connects on air print. If you install it with the latest (KPDL) driver. When you go to print there should be an option that says print panel and that brings up the windows printing preferences and you can do everything there. Although i couldn't get it to default so i had to make presets for them.

Ran into this today... thought we could rock with the old drivers but the change from a 5550 series to a 6052 series shot us down. Had install/update fresh drivers using AirPrint while manually selecting the KPDL driver & was able to get to print panel to make the necessary change.

Agreed, you must use the Mac Phase 4 driver for JA to be available in the print panel.

To set defaults you can access the old http://127.0.0.1:631/printers to set global defaults.
