KFS has been working great till I can't get a page to load. I log in and search for the serial number, a new tab opens and it's blank. Even on my dashboard if I pick a serial from that a new tab opens and it's blank. Tried IE, Chrome, Edge, my Mac and all have the same results. Disabled any blocks on pop ups and Ad blocking, systems are up to date but still the new page for the copier info is blank.

Not onsite, just trying to pull some meters from a particular serial on our account.
Just installed Firefox, logged into my KFS account and clicked on the first machine serial number on my dashboard, new tab opened up and loads for a second then blank.Comment

Where you able to get the information before? If you could contact this unit via KFS before and pull the meters and now you cannot, I would suspect that your customer has changed settings in the network which is now preventing KFS from contacting the unit. Since KFS is based in the Microsoft Azure Cloud changing a browser should not effect how KFS contacts the client, especially since you say that you have tried other browsers. If the information was available in KFS and it was able to contact to the unit of your choice changing browsers should not have an effect on KFS contacting the unit. What I suspect is that when you attempt to contact the unit in question the network is blocking the connection. You should contact the customer's IT dept. and see what changes they have made. Which of course they are going to say nothing has changed! Had a unit a couple of months ago that dropped out of KFS and the IT people said nothing had changed only to have it re-appear the next month!Comment

It happens with any of the serial numbers I select from the devices list, I'll pick random ones and it does the same thing on everyone. Just sent an email to the other techs to see if they are having the same issue.Comment
