Orange Highlighter Not Copying or Scanning at all on new M8124cidn!!

We have a client that owned a Kyocera FS-C8520MFP. They highlight stuff with different colour highlighters and then scan or copy them.
We upgraded the machine to the new M8124cidn and for some reason it is not copying or scanning orange.
It will just not show on the page at all as if it do not excist.
If someone got any advice will much be appreciated.
Attached is the old copier scans of orange highlighter.

Try turning the highlighter feature ON in original settings.

It is set on Full Color. Did try to set sharpness, density, background density, just not picking up the orange.

With highlighter mode on copy mode it comes out barely, but funny enough, no highlighter mode in scanning mode.

Green comes out blue. If you scan the copied orange on the old C-8520mfp, and scan it on the new M8124cidn, it shows!

Mostly you're noticing the difference between a color tabletop POS and a color copier. What were you expecting for #3K?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The answer has already been posted Kyocera's Can scan and copy in Color and pick up Highlighters. Plus you can custom adjust the density settings for normal as well as auto settings as well the type of scanning you wish ie text, text /photo, Ocr etc........
You can also set up a program key if needed.

we use to default our machines to text and would always give us darker ever-all image. Factory default is text/photo
you may also try the map setting

                      Will upload the compared files.

there is also a vivid setting
and would use full color not auto
Many settings it only takes One to be off to screw it up
                      is
                      Prevent Bleed-through on or off?

Try the easy stuff first don't over think Kyocera's
                      full color
                      text mode
                      bleed off
                      density manual

One other kyocera trick any default change setting will require a reboot . Power off and on to take
affect.. Or you will see No change even if shows on display panel. IE changing default color to black panel will show black even on the web page but still scan in color until a reboot.

Update on the highlighter scan issue. We replaced the Kyocera M8124icdn with the M8130icdn and problem was solved.

The M8130icdn do have a CIS where the M8124icdn do not!!! Customer happy again.
