DU pulley shaft broke in half. All sensors, motors and clutches will test fine. Drove me nuts for a couple of hours. You have to replace complete right side transport/cover.

We got a bunch of Konica Minolta finishers (FS-528) that did something similar. The entrance roller was driven by a timing belt which was tensioned a little too tightly. The rear end of the shaft would break off at the rear frame/bearing within the first few weeks of placement. I believe that the person that installed the belt didn't trust the tensioner spring, so he/she put some additional thumb pressure on the tensioner. Of (50) machines I ended up replacing (40) of the entrance rollers. I let the spring tensioner tension the belt and it never re-occurred. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
