Probably a simple answer but when scanning to PC. The scanner will only scan one page and not scan a set to a file. Thanks so much for any help !!

Scan to SMB? FTP? E-mail?

What is preventing the machine from scanning more than one page? Do you get an error or message of any kind?

You gotta give us something to work with here.

If you're scanning to jpg, that's a single page format. In the past what it would do is scan the document but only store the first page.

Sounds like someone turned on file separation as the default.
