Re: TASKalfa 2551ci parts pipe transfer cleaning assy
This one was 55K black, 70K color. I'm thinking low usage may be a factor.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
Re: TASKalfa 2551ci parts pipe transfer cleaning assy
To facilitate removing that spout with less major disassembly, you can drill a few 8mm holes through the front cover to access the screws. The upper hole is into an angled surface, so it helps to first drill a 2mm hole perpendicular to the surface, then angle the hole parallel to the ground. Then in the same way 4mm, then 6mm, then 8mm. As the hole gets bigger you can see the screw head and open out the hole one way or the other.
Kyocera came out with a new style front cover with those holes drilled for you. Can somebody explain to me how you are avoiding additional disassembly if you have to entirely change the front cover?
