    Need these parts for CS180

    I need these parts for a Copystar CS180 machine. Customer had somehow gotten cassette stuck in machine and these parts are needed. When I searched
    online I did not see them as easily available.

    PART # DESCRIPTION


    2KK06060 Pickup lever

    2KK09170 Cassette cursor (slider to adjust for paper size)

    2KK08090 Bypass sub table

    Any help you can give on getting these is much appreciated. Precision Roller and Item Inc out of stock on all 3 parts. Frank /AP

      It won't help you get the parts, but I can tell you how it got "stuck".

      The enduser left the endstop out about 40mm, with the paper butted to the endstop. Since the paper misses the paper empty sensor, it keeps lifting until the paper is crammed up against the underside of the engine. Then they yank on the tray until a lot of things break. If they had called when it was lifted and still "stuck", before it was all broken, you could have removed the lift motor from the rear. The lift plate drops, and the tray comes right out.

      You might try parts from another Stratos (CS-2540, CS-3040, CS-2560, CS-3060). Most likely the only difference is the color of the plastic.
