    [Jamming] CS 5002i 533 jam

    I am having a really bad 533 jam from a 5002i. Another tech installed the new updated bridge unit (B1), while I was in training. I am doing his calls and mine as well, and they called back and its excessive jams when using tray 3. I replaced the drive unit (didn't help) and installed a dehumidifier. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem before I call and put in a ticket. Thanks in advance.

          Is that the one with the new updated design bridge unit (B1) tray. Cause that's been done. I've also replaced the drive unit due to maybe bad clutches. I'm stuck, but I do have a ticket open on it now.
