Customer had power issues now faxes will not come in or send you can see green lite and processing will give busy confirmation sheet. I did try macchine and cord on/off and sim u601 and u605 any other ideas?

Is there another fax machine in the office? I had one the other day, they have 2 faxes and I didn't know that but they would both pick up and it was conflicting. So, I had to change one to 4 rings while the other one was 2.

If this started after the power issues, have you tried dialing the fax number and hear what is going on with incoming faxes? It may be that the phone line is the problem. Turn the machine off and call the fax number, what occurs? Had a major customer a month ago call claiming the fax was dead after power issues in the building, turned out their pbx had blown the line card for the fax.
