Can someone please tell me the correct part number for the updated paper feed assembly on the Task Alfa 3500i? I have 2LC94040 and 2N494040. The latter is more expensive so I assume that's the updated one. Also I need a part number for the NIC on same machine. Cannot ping it, no light at all on NIC, cable from wall good as my laptop connects. I cannot make any sense of the "new" Kyocera website. Looks like someone was seriously drunk when they designed it.

I have not personally tried a crossover, but our tech was there with the customers IT guy and he connected his laptop to the port on the wall with the existing cable. No light at all on the mic. Cannot pingComment

the 3500 feed unit parts number is 302LC94040 this is not a easy front loading unit like the 45/55
the 4500/5500 feed unit parts number is 302K994021
they are different and will not interchange...Comment
