    Yes I have tried the REID board and I am working with the hot line now. They are telling me it could be that I am using TK-5197 and not TK-5199 because it is a Copystar. I find that weird because all the other colors are running TK-5197 with no problems.

      The information from hot line is incorrect...The toners are interchangeable , personal experience.

        this worked on the old color machines.turn off machine ,remove all toners then turn on machine, when its ready to print turn off again then put all toners back in and see if they all register.

          Well I found it..yay The machine was running TK-5197 toner. I turned the machine off, installed a TK-5199, turned it back on and there it is in the report. Turned it off, installed the TK-5197C and there it is back in the report. Im thinking it had to see the TK-5199C to register it, then it doesn't care which one you use...go figure.
