[Electrical] CS 306ci No cyan listed on status page

Hi all.
I'm having an issue with CS 306ci cyan toner not showing up on the status report or in the Command Center. Updated the firmware and tried a new cartridge. Tried a new developer unit and REID board and same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Yes OEM toner, tried 2 of them and still didn't work

Check if the drum unit is turning as it should. It may where the drum is connecting to.

I had one produce zero color. Extremely bizarre. 906 fixed it. I just backed away slowly..

Check if the drum unit is turning as it should. It may where the drum is connecting to.

Thanks, the drum is turning. It prints blue perfectly it just doesn't show up in the reports

I had one produce zero color. Extremely bizarre. 906 fixed it. I just backed away slowly..

this worked on the old color machines.turn off machine ,remove all toners then turn on machine, when its ready to print turn off again then put all toners back in and see if they all register.

If all else fails and I only suggest this as a last resort the nuclear option U021. This, in one case with a new 3052ci worked for me. Just remember this resets all values ( DV ,DK etc ) and counts (usage ) to default. Be sure to print out the maintenance report before doing U021.

Push the pin of the Cyan DV unit in. If it doesn't help, it could be broken on the inside, in which case you need another DV.

Push the pin of the Cyan DV unit in. If it doesn't help, it could be broken on the inside, in which case you need another DV.

It could be that the read sensor in the hopper assembly is messed up, have you checked it? And since it's such an odd issue have you spoke with your local Kyo rep? They see all the weird stuff all the time and may be able to offer some insight.
