[Misc] Kyocera/ Utax Parts Compatibility

Hi

I wanted to confirm if Kyocera parts will fit with no issues into the Utax brand? Namely the fuser unit. I assume that it will, but want to be sure!

We have a customer with a Utax 5555i (not supplied by us). It needs a fuser unit (FK-6307B). I know the developer units are normally different depending on the brand(Kyocera/Olivetti/Utax) for toner purposes.

Will the fuser unit for the Kyocera 5501i fit with no problems? The plugs are going to be the same?

yes Utax/Kyocera are exactly the same parts across the machine models. same parts, firmware etc. they just have different model names.
