hello all, have a 4052 that when one of the colors run out it shuts down the unit. we have it set to print blk/white if color runs out. has current firmware. tried both restart and 906 via KFS. anyone seen this and have a fix??

Do they have the driver set to black/white?, if it is set for color it will lock up. -

How about replacing the empty toner cartridge? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

fixed it person says they did not have print server. come to find out someone send a wirless print to copier, but status shows nothing in the que. after we found and deleted it then some prints started coming out. when the were done put in the new color toner and all fine now.Comment
