    [Misc] CS-2550 scanner not working

    hello,
    I click on the scanner button and it dont work and I click on the scanner function button and it also do not do anything. I was reading the password is 2500 and that dont work. I'm trying to setup so i can print to PC and i installed the print utility software. copystar CS-2550.

      This will sound silly, but does it have the scan option card? If it doesn't have a Scan System (F) (with 2nd RJ45 jack) then you won't be scanning. And what is this Print-to-PC function? Is that like Print-To-File?

      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
