3500i missing options in service mode

Have a 3500i that when you go into service mode u508 through u900 are missing. I have upgraded the firmware to the latest. Any help would be appreciated.

They were missing before I upgraded. That's why I upgraded it.
      Thanks

Have you tried a U021 (return to factory defaults)?

Take a look at the manual. There are no simulations between U508 and U900. There's nothing to find.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Do you have a fax option Installed? If the unit does not have a fax board installed the sim modes 600 plus will not display as there is nothing for the unit to do. If a fax option is installed, I would try to reseat it, otherwise you have a bad fax board that the unit is not recognizing.
