[Electrical] M6026CDN asking for cyan toner

Hi all,

I have a M6026CDN that shows toner empty, I fitted a new one the same issue.

I have fitted a new dv unit this resolved the issue but the next day the fault returned.

Am I looking at replacing the toner motor or hopper etc?

Reading the parts manual, is there a separate toner motor for each colour, or does this come with the main drive?

I believe they are separate but a pain in the ass as you have to strip down the entire unit. I see you have replaced the dev unit, that was my suggestion, have you input the new developing unit # into the mfp? Have you tried a different transfer belt? I have had those give me issues of not adding the toner.

+1 on the transfer belt not passing through the toner.

Check auger in transfer belt that is responsible for adding toner. These tend to break (plastic). In my experience, ours usually start with asking for yellow toner repeatedly. But I would go with transfer belt next.
