Re: Taskalfa 300ci command center not loading and other strange things
You should do U021 to reset previous settings. Print the event log with U000 first, since it will wipe it. You can move the fax card, but you also need to move the fax memory from main pwb, since it will code out without it. Enter fixed network settings manually, reset the device, and see if it works. These oldies don't support bonjour, so don't bother. Just download driver for IOS and install. For Windows, get KX driver only. -

I think I would connect my laptop directly via crossover cable, to completely remove your network as a potential cause. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: Taskalfa 300ci command center not loading and other strange things
Sorry for the late reply
The issue was an active IPv4 Filter, which allowed only one IP-Address to connect to the 300ci.
Even prior to my initial post I try recreating the old network range to connect to it that way with no luck.
i ended up using IPv6 where no IP Filter was configured and was able to connect to the 300ci this way and could perform all necessary changes.
Now all is working.Comment
