Does it reach the registration roller? Does it stop before it? Does it crease at the roller?

All else you have to change is the switches and update it to the latest firmware.

        Yes, but read the question.

Have you replaced the switches and updated the firmware?

                S2F8_3000.009.001, engine S2F8_1000.010.001

update it to this one. I cant see that there would be anything else wrong... You replaced the boards, reg roller etc.

It would not possibly be a paper size issue? I know i came across a few problems where they would have the machine set to A4 and print to legal size paper, then the machine would jam cause the sensor timing is out.

Im confuzzed otherwise my friend. Does anyone else have an opinion?

                        Printer jam

                        replace part 302f994030 feed drive
most likely a clutch problem should be under warranty

make sure the mylar strips near the registration section is not bent also the springs that hold the upper and lower registrations roller togethermay be out of place or stretched out if the springs are not tight the paper wont feed corectlly try replacing the springs.
