[Dead] pannel dead

my kyocera 3500i pannel is dead but when i am lifting Adf scanning lamp is giving light that mean scanner is on just pannel is dead

Try replacing the Op panel. I had the same issue ended up the Op panel.

when machine turn on, scanner is rotating, heater lamp also glow just pannel is not giving any light, even i checked pannel another machine,it's working

Is it Dim? If not look for the board it plugs into.

no not dim,even no any light is turning on, i cleaned ram and reinstall,but still same

Please how did you solve this problem because i have similarly problem with taskalfa 4500i

It seem like this panel dead is the mostly problem of taskalf 3500i to 5500i both of the colour models it

no dude still did't repair but i think problem from controller
