Is the user printing in duplex with multiple sets? Are other options selected such as stapling? it would not be uncommon for a 10 or 15 second delay in the start of printing with multiple options selected for the print job as the unit is still receiving the info from the print driver. -

The couple of times I've had it happen, it was the HDD failing. I know you said you replaced it, but that's what it is from my experience.Mine did it while copying also, so I knew it wasn't network related.Comment
