[Misc] TASKalfa 181, Image is too light

Hi. I can not understand the 3rd step. When I run maintenance item U101 and choose TC, I found four choices, and did not know which to choose.
Also I did not know what he mean by "check if transfer charging takes place when CN1-4 on the high voltage PWB goes low"
    Thank you.

First lets talk about toner. Are you using OEM toner?

Second lets talk about the transfer contact spring. Has it fallen out on the floor? No spring means no transfer voltage. The only transfer will be the physical contact of the paper touching the drum and toner.

Kudos on looking at the manual first. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thank you for helping. Indeed the left spring are not existing. But I did not know it may affect because it make contact between plastic and steel.

I will install a new spring.
      The ink is original.

You are on the right track. Make sure that the transfer bushing is not broken also. A broken bushing will let the transfer fall out, That's how the spring gets lost. =^..^=
