I am facing problem in the brand new KM-6030 copier as it gives error code C 4110. I try to reset it by sim 906 but of no use. Copier had made just 3500 copies and it is just one month before installed.Any help appriciated.
Does your machine, perchance, have firmware Engine version 360, Main version 185? Check the firmware versions in simulation U019.
The latest firmware release has bugs related to the laser. If so downgrade the firmware to Engine version 352, Main version 184.
The code that I got was C4200, but it could account for your C4110.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
Try checking the door interlocks, make sure they are not 'bouncing' open & closed. Also, I have had a couple 8030's with the Laser harnes wire ties on too tight, they were cutting into harness.
