    KFS issue

So I have A few of these machines that when SSL on KFS goes offline so if I turn SSL off they go back online? but it seems when SSL off you cannot get into command center. tried the http/https with no help. I have a couple of other machines in the same building with same settings and KFS and command center are both working great. Ideas

First question, are both the units that work and those that do not, run on the same IP segment? If they are on different IP segments you may have these units running on different servers with different rules. I do not completely understand your statement "so if I turn SSL off they go back online?" so if you turn SSL off the units are back online? If you have enabled both http and https on these units Command Center should be available. What version of the server software are the units running on? You should contact the user's IT support to determine what the network requirements are, hopefully they will know but do not count on it. It does not sound like a machine problem but a network issue.

      Re: KFS issue

Craigster, I opened a case a couple of months ago. I had a 3500i that was on KFS until I had to replace the HDD. After that, I was never able to get it back online in KFS. Deleted it in KFS, turned it off in U520 etc. The hotline had me run 021 etc. but nothing worked. I enabled the browser to try getting to rfs-us.kyocera.biz This is what I get & I told the hotline that info. Mine has never been resolved.

      Hope that helps !
