    [CQ] 4002i with C6770 intermittent.

Recent fuser. Checked all connections. Anyone actually replaced the IH unit? Just asking for a friend... Lol.

Funny, looking at the troubleshooting tips, replacing fuser and IH unit were the last 2 things to try.

Firmware up to date. Checked all my connections. Went through the whole flowchart in the manual.

I have seen this problem 5 or 6 times and every time the solution was a new fuser.

I've had to do an IH assy for this code on a machine that was only in the field 3 months. Heads up because the disassembly for the IH assy is not in the manual, the wires and board are not in the door any more. Take the rear cover off where the paper exits and you will see a metal box with 4 screws. Your board is now in there.

This one ended up being the fuser unit. I was reluctant to replace it due to the fact it was recently done. Looks like with Kyocera you can't trust anything. Poor quality control.
